Performers Info:
Headliner SCOTT FAULCONBRIDGE
Scott Faulconbridge has delighted International audiences with his masterful timing, quirky story, and quick improvisational wit to establish himself as one of Canada’s headlining acts. His unique stories and songs, inspired by family mishaps, have made him a crowd favourite for three decades. His work has earned him three Canadian Comedy Award nominations for his work as an Improviser and a stand-up comedian.
Nationally, he has toured theatres coast-to-coast in both the Just For Laughs Tour and The Investors Group National Tour and opened for Howie Mandell at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa. His stories, jokes and emotional outbursts have been heard on CBC radio for shows such as The Debaters, LOL, and Day 6. He has written for CBC’s Still Standing and has been seen on numerous televised comedy specials including CTV’s Comedy Now, CBC’s Comics, The Winnipeg Comedy Festival, The Halifax Comedy Festival and the internationally acclaimed Just For Laughs Festival.
In the United States, he has toured colleges and headlined the legendary Las Vegas Riviera comedy club. His albums “Warn the Others” and “Scottland” are heard regularly on SiriusXM. He has also been seen on numerous televised specials, including NBC’s Last Comic Standing.
Scott’s acting credits include acting in feature films like The Greatest Game Ever Played with Shia LaBeouf and Abandon with Benjamin Bratt. In 2018, Scott will appear as an actor in Roger Avery’s Internationally released feature film Lucky Day. He currently co-hosts ‘Date Night Comedy’ with his on-stage wife, Anne McMaster, at The Comedy Bar, which features the country’s best improvisers and stand-up comedians. He also performs regularly at corporate events, Yuk Yuk’s Comedy clubs, Rumours and The Comedy Nest. He currently lives in the GTA with his family, where he coaches sports that he never actually played.
MC Justin Shaw
Justin Shaw is a comedian and storyteller originally from Prince Edward Island (and if you’re also from Prince Edward Island, his dad probably knows your dad.) His solo show The 70 Mile Yard Sale was listed as ‘Critic’s Choice” in the 2022 Hamilton Fringe Festival and was the subject of his TV series Tales From Island Boy on Bell FibeTV1. He has appeared on Mike Birbiglia’s Working It Out comedy show, has opened for Fortune Feimster, and tours regularly with Yuk Yuks across Ontario. His debut comedy album, Human Money, showcases his down-home yet outrageous sense of humour and can be heard on Sirius XM.
